Pre-Inspection of areas to be cleaned.. At this time any specialty stains or concerns should be made aware of to the technician. He will discuss the proper treatment for each stain. 95% of all stains are generally removed with our traffic lane pre-spray included in our price.
Pre-vacuuming of areas to be cleaned
Specially formulated Pre-spray for your carpet. This will optimize the steam extraction process.
Pre-spray is groomed into the carpet to insure that the chemicals have penetrated deeply into the carpet and will loosen soil that is deeply embedded.
Rotary Wand Steam extraction at approximately 230 degrees while applying a rinsing agent. This does two things. First, the carpets memory is being restored with this temperature setting and secondly the rinse neutralizes the chemicals applied during the pre-treat process leaving your carpets soft and fluffy. The rotary wand ensures the deepest cleaning process while restoring your carpets appearance!.
